General / Operational Workflow

How do I receive and access my files after purchase?

Files are immediately and automatically delivered via your account dashboard the exact moment your payment is confirmed. You will also receive an automated transmission via email containing your direct download links.

On rare occasions, localized Jawa interference can cause a minor delay in transit—so if you don't see the message within a few minutes, be sure to scan your Spam or Junk folders to ensure the encryption wasn't intercepted. If the files still haven't cleared customs after that, please contact us immediately so we can manually push the data packet through!

What exactly do I receive with my purchase?

Upon clearing fulfillment, you receive instant, exclusive access to your uniquely tracked files. This platform solely sells digital files; because no physical goods or tangible components will be provided or shipped to your coordinates, a physical shipping address is never obtained during processing. One set of files is explicitly locked to one user. Unauthorized data distribution, file sharing, or group-buying is strictly prohibited; Moff Gideon frowns heavily upon intellectual property leaks.

Depending on your acquisition, you receive a compiled set of files optimized strictly for personal, non-commercial use on your private hardware configuration. Please note that we do not operate an active, high-volume physical printing service for our files. However, on a per-case basis, we can manufacture select parts for a designated fee. This setup is subject to availability and is best communicated directly via Facebook for operational vetting and scheduling.

Can I use these files commercially, or sells physical prints?

Unfortunately, the Imperial Security Bureau is incredibly strict regarding their reselling policies, and there are absolutely no exceptions. Files purchased from the archive are strictly for personal use only.

You are more than welcome to print an infinite number of parts for your own personal armory, but these digital assets and physical prints are not to be distributed commercially or for free. For those wishing to sell physical armor sets to other users, you must purchase an additional processing license for each individual suit printed.

Those are Major Partagaz's strict directives. If you bypass his protocols, we can't guarantee an ISB enforcement detail won't drop out of hyperspace to audit your workshop.

If I paid for files, will I receive updates and/or additions?

Of course. We continuously refine our blueprints, and all assets are subject to receiving free optimization updates. These digital data drops are pushed automatically to the original purchaser only and are strictly non-transferable.

Please note that these updates are limited to the specific tactical assets initially purchased (e.g., the core Anthology Trooper armor matrix) and may or may not include supplemental, specialized accessories. For the exact structural layout of scheduled data deployments, please consult the detailed list of future inclusions maintained on each individual product page.

Consider it a complimentary upgrade to your sector's garrison—provided your clearance remains in good standing.

What is the return/refund policy for files?

Due to the absolute nature of these products, all sales are final for digital goods—no refunds, exchanges, or exceptions will be granted once the asset has cleared customs, and your mailbox. By completing your transaction and/or downloading any files through this network terminal, you explicitly accept these operational terms.

Systems Engineering (Technical Support)

What files are provided, and are they pre-split for my printer?

All digital assets are meticulously split into optimized, individual components to the absolute best of our fabrication abilities. However, these data matrices are relatively generic and not configured for any specific printer model on the market.

We do not provide .3MF project files or pre-sliced machine G-code. You will need to import the standard .STL files into your own preferred slicing software to arrange, support, and scale them for your specific machine's build plate boundaries.

*All files have been test-printed on Creality K2 Plus printers (350mm x 350mm), using Orca Slicer v.2.4.X.

Are files pre-scaled for a specific height or build?

The files are modeled to a highly accurate, standard screen-proportion baseline of the Empire.

Generally, 5'11" / 1.8M and approximately 175LBs / 80KG is the rough build for many files offered.

Because humanoid geometry varies wildly across the galaxy, one scale does not fit all. You will absolutely need to take physical measurements of your own frame (or use digital scaling software like FormFitter or Blender) to scale the files up or down before printing. Spending a few extra minutes measuring your personal load-bearing specs now saves you from wasting spools of premium filament later.

How do I wear the files now that they're printed?

While there isn't a "one-size-fits-all" method, select components within our archives feature integrated rigging points and structural channels designed to assist you in hardware assembly. These layouts are engineered to accomplish two primary objectives:

Screen-Accurate Fidelity: Internal mounting points frequently mirror the same fastening techniques and strapping mechanics utilized by the actors and suit-actors on screen.
Additive Comforts: We leverage the unique advantages of 3D printing to incorporate subtle quality-of-life adjustments—such as custom-recessed anchor channels, print-in-place clip slots, and ergonomic contouring—that make wearable armor far more forgiving over extended deployments.

System Note: Ultimately, the exact execution of your rigging system, elastic tension, and strapping placement remains entirely at your discretion. However, we plan to roll out dedicated documentation and suggested rigging schematics down the road for our most heavily deployed armor files.

My files won't open or slice. What gives?

If your slicing software throws a manifold error or fails to calculate a layer path, don't panic—the data packet likely suffered a minor transmission glitch. First, try re-downloading the asset directly from your account dashboard to clear any corrupted cache blocks.

If a specific mesh is still acting up or throwing geometry errors in your slicer, submit a diagnostic request to our support terminal with details on the software you're using so we can patch the file and get your fabrication line back online.

What kind of filament should I be using?

The specific manufacturer or brand of material you choose is secondary; the underlying chemical composition of the polymer is what dictates structural success.

Depending on your hardware configuration, follow these material baselines:

Open-Frame Hardware Environments: We suggest PETG as your absolute deployment baseline. PETG offers excellent thermal resistance—ensuring your components won't deform even if you're pulling security detail under twin suns of Tatooine—and retains the structural flexibility required to safely flex over internal rigging points during assembly. Standard PLA is heavily discouraged; it is far less forgiving under stress and remains far too brittle for the mechanical demands of wearable prop armor.
Enclosed Chamber Environments: If your machine features a enclosed, temperature-controlled build chamber, ABS or ASA are your optimal production standards. These consumer level engineering polymers yield the highest marks for durability, impact flexibility, and generational longevity.

System Note: Final print execution settings remain entirely at your own discretion. For development reference, all official master prototypes and test prints were successfully cleared using a balanced matrix of ABS, ASA, and high-impact ABS-Like Resins.
