Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or downloading any digital products from Novice Lab Works ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital files from our website, you ("the End User" or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use our files.

1. Digital Nature of Products & Visual References

  • No Physical Goods: All products sold on this website are strictly digital files (e.g., 3D models, digital design files). No physical product, hardware, kit, or material goods will be provided or shipped to you under any circumstances.
  • Reference Imagery Only: Any photographs, renders, or physical examples shown on the website, social media, or marketing materials are provided purely for reference, illustrative, or prototyping demonstration purposes. They do not indicate, imply, or promise that a physical item will be shipped to you at any time.

2. No Refunds & Final Sale

  • Due to the irreversible and immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital content, all sales are final.
  • By purchasing and downloading our digital files, the End User explicitly agrees that all purchases are completely non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. File Ownership and Non-Transferability

  • License Only: Your purchase constitutes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your personal use. You do not acquire intellectual property ownership of the designs or files themselves.
  • Non-Transferable: This license is granted solely to the original purchaser. The files and the associated rights to use them are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, traded, or assigned to another individual.

4. Strict Redistribution & Sharing Restrictions

By purchasing these files, you agree to the following absolute boundaries regarding intellectual property protection:

  • No Reselling or Redistribution: These digital files may not be sold, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or shared as your own work, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
  • No Third-Party Hosting: You are strictly prohibited from uploading these digital files, or portions of them, to other platforms, online repositories, forums, or print-on-demand marketplaces (including but not limited to Thingiverse, Printables, Thangs, Etsy, Cults3D, Google Drive, or Dropbox) under any circumstances.
  • No Peer Sharing: Files cannot be shared with or sent to others (including friends, family, or colleagues) without those individuals purchasing the files directly from Novice Lab Works.
  • No Unauthorized Modification: Digital files cannot be modified, remixed, reverse-engineered, altered, and subsequently redistributed or resold without explicit, written permission from Novice Lab Works.

5. Remedies for Violations

Novice Lab Works reserves the right to immediately terminate the digital access, user accounts, and licenses of any user found to be violating these Terms, without notice or refund. We further reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies under copyright and intellectual property laws against individuals who unlawfully distribute or steal our intellectual property.
